Barry Réamonn

Certainly no stranger to DIY, Barry has 17 years of experience as a fitter in his family’s kitchen and wardrobe business, Award Bedrooms & Kitchens as well as renovating two houses. At the tender age of three, it was obvious that Barry would follow his father into the family business when he point blank refused to accept a gift of plastic toy tools, insisting instead on the real deal! At twelve years of age, his parents reluctantly gave in and now it’s a rare thing to find Barry without a pencil behind his ear and a measuring tape on his belt. When asked how Barry’s ideal day would be spent, the answer is simple – looking at and finding out about new tools!

Since signing to agency Julian Benson Management, Barry has fronted some major television campaigns. He also has a passion for acting having tread the boards in plays such as “Bus Stop” and “Black Comedy” amongst many others.
