City Channel Announces Investment by Liberty Global

City Channel today (27th August 2007) announced a major investment by international investment company Liberty Ventures BV. in the company.
The investment is subject to regulatory approval by the Competition Authority and the BCI.
Under the terms of the deal Liberty Venture BV. will subscribe for a 35.5% stake in City Channel Ltd allowing the company to expand it’s services and take the City Channel concept to new markets.
